    The beach at Hôtel Batelière is only accessible via the hotel. So you'll have to walk up to and through the hotel to reach the beach. Like all the island's beaches, it is accessible to all visitors, with only the deckchairs and other facilities reserved for hotel guests. The wave-free beach is ideal for young children.

To get there from Fort-de-France, follow signs for Schœlcher and at the traffic circle where you see the casino, turn left past it towards the Hôtel Batelière. You'll need to cross the hotel to get to the beach.
