The Toboggan du Carbet is a little treasure hidden in the heart of the lush forest of the Carbet municipality. It can't be reached directly by road and requires a 45-minute walk. But the hike is well worth the detour.
It owes its name to the fact that visitors can slide down its bed until they reach the basin.
To get there, head for the former Aqualand water park. There's a small parking lot nearby. Once over the small bridge, turn right and follow the river to reach the Toboggan point.
You can park your car here before continuing on foot. You'll need good sports shoes enabling you to walk on wet, soaked ground and even slippery rocks.
